On our last trip (in October) we saw lots of osprey fishing. I happened to catch this one showing off... :lol:

Thanks everyone! It was just a lucky shot - taken just after it took the plunge to catch the fish and was shaking off the water as it flew back to its perch ... :spingrin:

It could be because they are chasing the little fish from behind and that's just the way it turns out! Hummmm....?

Thanks! Here's the other shot in the series - No tricky flying with head upside down, just down to business... :bounce:

Oh, and I was using my brothers 400mm lens on my Nikon D70. Ken, when I was preping for my solo kayak trip attemp I belive you're the one that suggested this camera - thanks! - I still love it! :bounce:
