No idea what you're talking about.
If you're reffering to the INSEN ,old age card, there was a thread about this not too long ago. Should be able to get it out of the archives.bajamigo - 11-13-2007 at 06:47 PM
A friend who owns property in Chapultepec told me that with the INAPAM (antes INSEN) card, he gets a 50% reduction in his property taxes. Don't bother
with the prior thread. It quickly disintegrated into a discussion of whether we as Americans were somehow juking the Mexican welfare system by
obtaining the cards.

And welcome to Nomad, dorbaja.CaboRon - 11-14-2007 at 10:25 AM
It is the "Third Age Card" and I use mine for many things in the La Paz area.
Forget the comments of the self rightous, celebrate your having survived sixty years of Amerikan hell. Embrace the fact that you are honored in
Mexican society.

Actually, you are eligible at age 60. Read the old thread for the where to obtain info.dorbaja - 11-14-2007 at 02:25 PM
What a great forum!!! I love reading all the differing comments, news, opinions, tips, and ideas about living in our paradise. And, muchas gracias
CaboRon. True that the INAPAM card was formerly called INSEN (which the building still says here in Ensenada...). For lots of correct details about
this card, you're invited to check out the following link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/puntabandanewsletter/.
