Does anyone know where to get discounts using the INAPAM card in the Ensenada area???

Received 5% off at the pharmacia in Walmart (Ensenada) this week.

No idea what you're talking about.
If you're reffering to the INSEN ,old age card, there was a thread about this not too long ago. Should be able to get it out of the archives.:biggrin:

A friend who owns property in Chapultepec told me that with the INAPAM (antes INSEN) card, he gets a 50% reduction in his property taxes. Don't bother with the prior thread. It quickly disintegrated into a discussion of whether we as Americans were somehow juking the Mexican welfare system by obtaining the cards.

It is the "Third Age Card" and I use mine for many things in the La Paz area.
