I understand that along the border there is a fuel shortage. Has this affected the rest of Baja realizing that Americans normally would not go too
far into Mexico just to purchase fuel.

I just filled up in Rosarito Beach and there was no shortage of regular gasoline at the stations we passed. A few did have lines for diesel going back
3 or 4 in line.
