Got my book in the mail yesterday and got through the first three chapters last night. Almost brought it to work today but...then I wouldn't have got
anything done (besides get a high temp baja fever!!). Great book so far.
Those pics capture the feel of baja.

BMG: Most of those are with either the original Canon Digital Rebel--that very first digital SLR that came out for under $1000--or a Digital Rebel XTi
from about a year and a half ago.
I use a couple of Sigma lenses--a 10-20mm wide-angle zoom and a 24-70mm f2.8 zoom--primarily because they're the cheapest decent brand.
Used to use both bodies at the same time, one with each lens. But then, ironically after all the abuse it took in Baja and all the hours it spent
offshore on a small open boat, I finally dunked the older body a couple months ago while photographing a story on fly fishing for damn CARP in
knee-deep water outside Fallon, NV. So now I'm down to just the XTi.

I have a VERY stressful job in the inner city in Los Angeles. Prior to wading through all of the violence of the night before, I frequently browse
Nomad for a photo for the background of my computer monitor. This had to be one of the best posts on Nomad in quite a few months! I have many
inspirational photos to pick from. Should last me a few weeks! OUTSTANDING photos. I bought your book soon after it came out. Was worth every penny!
