Land trust or lease

Price

would you consider a trade?

CasadeOso - 8-17-2009 at 05:37 PM

There is 7 years left on a 10 year land lease with an option for 10 more years. I would prefer to talk price on the phone with anyone seriously interested.

I am planning to leave the Baja so would not be interested in a trade. Thanks for the questions.

Chet

OOOOKKKKKKK....That was fun, huh. I gave it lots of time....you know...time to set in, time to see it disappear, time to re-evalue but, nothing. Soooo....
[well...I won't say that yet]
Don't consider getting into a crap throwing match with me. You don't have what it takes and you'll lose in short order.
Believe me.
Stay home and be a good wife and cook to your white man husband. That's your job. That's your station in life. That's what your father promised you would do when he accepted a wide screen Sony for you.
Make your daddy proud.

Soulpatch,

I was just saying the same thing regarding the poor guy who just wanted to sell his place.

This is another reason why some places are best kept private, if you catch my meaning.

P<*)))>{

(I do have to say that I could picture Ms. Squid wearing a flannel shirt with the sleeves cut off while she typed "you better don't." - that's real get 'er done style.)

CasadeOso - 8-22-2009 at 04:54 PM

I have a couple of pictures of the palapa to post, but am having difficulty understanding exactly how to insert the photos. Can someone help me please? Thanks

Chet

Click the post reply button beneath the last post, then click the browse button and select the file.

Hook - 8-22-2009 at 05:04 PM

It's much better to post the file on a photo hosting site like photobucket. Otherwise, you are limited to a file size of 50kb, which can be pretty small.

Bajahowodd - 8-22-2009 at 05:39 PM

Please. If you can post some pix. And I really wanna know why Sharkey's doesn't have Wi Fi. Is it only because of Dennis?

Nice photos Roger!

CasadeOso - 8-23-2009 at 04:41 PM

Thanks Roger and to everyone else who is trying to help.

CasadeOso - 8-23-2009 at 04:48 PM

Okay, I tried doing what Hook recommended, but the picture did not upload. When I clicked on the browse files button and selected the picture it showed the image file next to the button, but when I hit post reply only the text appeared. No picture. I'm obviously still missing something - it did not seem to upload. The image is not a large file.

Bajahowodd - 8-23-2009 at 05:19 PM

Roger has done some yeoman-like work. But, as Dennis mentioned way back when, until there's a price listed, ..........

Pompano - 8-23-2009 at 05:28 PM

Here you go, Chet.

Pompano - 8-23-2009 at 05:46 PM

Chet's home in Coyote Bay....finally.

.

Bravo Don Jorge!

Pompano - 8-23-2009 at 08:07 PM

Bring those gals over...the more the merrier. I'm right next to Chet's casa. You know, the one that's for sale. Some of the Peppers girls are pointing at Chet's. Don't ask why they're wearing tinfoil bikini bottoms....it's a space alien blocking thing.

Jorge, now that you are also a Dakota resident...Can you say.. Viva Smorgasbord!!
