We are thinking of making the Coyote Bay beach home into a rental. As I mentioned on another thread..Do you think this would fly?
The house is directly on the water with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (both inside!) and a beach shower. It has lots of stuff.
Including a rather large swimming pool in the front..with a great anchorage!
It's a great place to kick back..or party hearty!
Well, this is in the planning stages, so we need some input. What say you?Cypress - 9-8-2010 at 02:52 PM
Pompano, One the prettiest places on the bay. Expect you'll have folks waiting in line. But, what would Mulege do without you or visa-versa?KAT54 - 9-8-2010 at 04:27 PM
Is your house for sale?
How much?
Do you have a trust?
How big is the swimming pool?
Is it tiled?
Is it painted?
Is the furniture included?
Is there a garage?Bajahowodd - 9-8-2010 at 04:36 PM
Really Roger, that was like chumming the water. Pardon me if I might suggest that you may not be that serious. If you are, you and I both know that as
a rental, especially a long term rental, that you may just have to call out the policia to control the crowds. That said, just as Kat asked, have you
considered selling?knuckles - 9-8-2010 at 04:37 PM
I have already contacted U-Haul to arrange a one-way rental to Muelge.
I am also drafting my letter of resignation and will cash in the mutual funds as soon as I get done typing this post.
If I were just a few years older, I would so be there. I think I speak for most here that we really enjoy those party posts.Russ - 9-8-2010 at 05:07 PM
You and Skeet both need to get back on your medsBajaRat - 9-8-2010 at 05:24 PM
Pompano,
On a serious note, would you have someone clean and maintain it as a vacation rental, rent it seasonally or both?capt. mike - 9-8-2010 at 05:42 PM

How much is the rent?desertcpl - 9-9-2010 at 10:47 AM
would I have to give up my chickens?vandenberg - 9-9-2010 at 12:31 PM
I could have written this script.
Need to put up a printable application and, since you're not at Coyote, an address to send the application to. Maybe your sweat lodge in Arizona.
Would the new tenant be allowed to put a palapa roof over the pool.Pompano - 9-9-2010 at 04:35 PM

vandenberg...you can do anything... within reason.
Don't do anything that will scare the horses
..or build anythiing that doesn't conform with the beach house style. For your palapa material, I recommend..sod.desertcpl - 9-9-2010 at 06:19 PM

Those Rainbow Gatherings are worth attending. A wild crowd! And lot's of
very different looking people.castaway$ - 10-25-2010 at 02:56 PM
I second the "Burning Man" south! I know a few bands that I probably could coax into coming down for the event.
