Conception Bay Beach Home

We are thinking of making the Coyote Bay beach home into a rental. As I mentioned on another thread..Do you think this would fly?

The house is directly on the water with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (both inside!) and a beach shower. It has lots of stuff.

Including a rather large swimming pool in the front..with a great anchorage!

It's a great place to kick back..or party hearty!

Well, this is in the planning stages, so we need some input. What say you?

Pompano, One the prettiest places on the bay. Expect you'll have folks waiting in line. But, what would Mulege do without you or visa-versa?

Is your house for sale?
How much?
Do you have a trust?
How big is the swimming pool?
Is it tiled?
Is it painted?
Is the furniture included?
Is there a garage?

Really Roger, that was like chumming the water. Pardon me if I might suggest that you may not be that serious. If you are, you and I both know that as a rental, especially a long term rental, that you may just have to call out the policia to control the crowds. That said, just as Kat asked, have you considered selling?

I have already contacted U-Haul to arrange a one-way rental to Muelge.

I am also drafting my letter of resignation and will cash in the mutual funds as soon as I get done typing this post. :light:

If I were just a few years older, I would so be there. I think I speak for most here that we really enjoy those party posts.

Pompano,
On a serious note, would you have someone clean and maintain it as a vacation rental, rent it seasonally or both?

I could have written this script.

Need to put up a printable application and, since you're not at Coyote, an address to send the application to. Maybe your sweat lodge in Arizona.:?:
Would the new tenant be allowed to put a palapa roof over the pool.:?::biggrin:

vandenberg...you can do anything... within reason.

Don't do anything that will scare the horses
..or build anythiing that doesn't conform with the beach house style. For your palapa material, I recommend..sod.
