ANAPROMEX registered cars are all over the place around here. The new and used car associations have been trying to get rid of them for years so
maybe they found a way.
I have forgotten what my worker said it cost to register a US car with old California plates....not much. That means no importation.
I'll ask him again maņana.

OK....Just checked with my worker as to the cost of Anapromex registration for an expired California plated car. It's 800 Pesos, one time, nothing
further.
Tio........I don't think this program is for you and your Tacoma. It's more like a Social Service for the less-fortunate and if they confiscate the
vehicles here with this type of registration, there will be a lot of people walking.
