You also might want to take a cooler to bring back the fish. Please Contact Marc Higashi at Performance Tackle @ 714-826-1400 for all your fishing needs!

Even when their stay is less than 72 hours? Maybe the sport boats have different rules and an FMM is required for any amount of time.

Passport, or not?

They do need to have a U.S. passport for travel into Mexico, or not, depending on if your prepared to grovel some at immigration. Not sure what you mean by FMM?

FMM....Isn't that what they call the new Tourist Card/Permit?
Anyway....if one stays in the Free Zone for 72 hours or less, a permit isn't required so, consequently, a Passport isn't required.
I just wasn't sure if Sport Boats had the same regulations.

need a passport to get an FMM -there is such an animal as a passport card if you do not have a passport-less expensive also

BajaBlanca - 3-22-2011 at 07:52 PM

No matter what, you will need a passport or passport card to get back into the US.
