Looking for updated information on the road south of Puertecitos to Gonzaga. Have they opened anyway more paved road this summer, does it look like

Yes, after 12 months of hard work, they got FIVE whole miles added to where it ended last summer!

It means from the Papa Fernandez road junction, the (Hwy. 5)roadbed on south is better and faster...
Unless I don't understand what you are asking me?
The road 32.0 to Mile 42.4 is very poor, very rough, and slow to drive... that is 10.4 miles of 'extra rough road' remaining between Puertecitos and
Laguna Chapala.
