tony the kayak fisher is sporting an even bigger smile today when he came over to give away some fish. This morning he caught a 37 pound white seabass
on his kayak on a rappala and had a real fight on his hands as it went down into the rocks...but tony was victorious and we are cookin it up as I
type!
He also got 2 yellowtail and a couple of humbolt squid which went in the back of our builders pickup!
He shared a harrowing tale of getting run over by a coop fishing boat a couple days ago...luckily he was able to quickly peddle away so it just
clipped the back and threw him into the water...he was lucky. What REALLY pi$$es me off is that while they slowed down a bit and looked, the net boat
panga didnt even go back to see if he was OK...sucks.
So word of caution kayakers...good idea to have a tall flag or something on your kayak when in fishing areas.
