Question: I am trying to contact a pangero who lives in El Rosario whose name is either Francisco or Fernando (no last name.)
Story: Two years ago my friend was in El Rosario and drove west out to Punta Baja where the local fishermen have a fish camp. Here he met Francisco
or Fernando and hired him for two days to take him fishing around Isla San Geronimo. He had his cell phone number then but in the time since has lost
it!
This pangero lives west of El Rosario centro and somewhat close to the local cooperativa
We’d like to contact him to set up another fishing trip but would like to call him first before traveling down to El Rosario (from Ensenada).
Does anyone know this man and perhaps have a phone number for a contact?

Just a thought: why not contact the owner of Baja's Best Cafe B&B.
He's pretty clued in.
