durrelllrobert - 8-27-2012 at 04:38 PM

Glad it worked for you too. I use the yolk in my Cesar sald dressing and my wife uses the white for a low cal egg sandwich

look at the differance in the color of the yolks

fresh mexican and "old" usa brands

Iflyfish - 8-28-2012 at 03:18 PM

Look at that yolk!!! That is amazing in and of itself! Won't find that on the shelves of Safeway!! Buen Provecho!!

Iflyfishinlustoftheorangeyolknojoke!

i ate and cooked mexican eggs when there all the time. And i eat USA eggs here. I can't see dick diddly of a diff in taste. I thought it was funny that mexicans didn't refridgerate their eggs in the tiendas......just stacked them in those large crates...

Bob and Susan - 8-29-2012 at 04:19 AM

mike mike mike...

our local mulege eggs are way better...

i guess i'll have to buy some crappy california "cold storage" eggs next trip north for a "blind" taste test : )

another video???? : )

bacquito - 8-29-2012 at 05:17 AM

Neat!

BajaBlanca - 8-29-2012 at 07:56 AM

I was indeed curious as to whether the egg yolk removal would work and it did ! cool video. well done.

mulegemichael - 8-29-2012 at 08:36 AM

do a double blind test.
scrambled, over easy and hard, sunny side up.

no condiments - just eggs.
see who wins.

Bob and Susan - 8-29-2012 at 03:13 PM

i have a "quick run for the border" planned the next few weeks
my daughter is coming for vacation

i'll buy "california eggs" and we'll do a taste test when she's here
i like the idea of cooked 3 ways

buy the fresh eggs from paolas on the ice house road
i buy most of my food there
very fresh...we do wash them when they arrive...too many fethers and "other" stuff on them

the eggs come from the valley
i'll have to go see the farm one day
