Glad it worked for you too. I use the yolk in my Cesar sald dressing and my wife uses the white for a low cal egg sandwich

i ate and cooked mexican eggs when there all the time. And i eat USA eggs here. I can't see dick diddly of a diff in taste. I thought it was funny that mexicans didn't refridgerate their eggs in the tiendas......just stacked them in those large crates...
