There are several gas stations in Guerrero Negro and the one at the Eagle Monument (state border), right? So let us know where you had an issue. There
is a Pemex some 20 miles north at Villa Jesus Maria, but if it is closed then you have only the independent dealers for the next 200 miles or go 40
miles east to Bahia de los Angeles for a Pemex station.
The independent dealers are a lifesaver to many, but you will compensate them at a dollar or more per gallon over the Pemex price, for their trouble:
