Has anyone driven the 'new' Highway 3 from Rocky Point to Highway 5 to get to San Felipe? Just curious what kind of road Highway 3 is.

Search El Golfo ... there where posts with photos of the new El Golfo de Santa Clara to Puerto Peņasco ('Rocky Point') highway put here on Nomad when
Nomads first drove it... I think I posted the photos for them...
