I can only speak for rosarito, in town everything is open but it appears nobody's at work. restaurants are full and the beaches are packed, way more
folks out and about than over spring break. but then again, its 90 degrees out there!

It is in a lot of the world. Our offices are closed in Korea, Japan, China, Singapore.
