One of the three statutory Federal holidays and almost every thing will be closed.

I can only speak for rosarito, in town everything is open but it appears nobody's at work. restaurants are full and the beaches are packed, way more folks out and about than over spring break. but then again, its 90 degrees out there! :yes:
