recipe changes with the season. chorros, caracol, abulon, langosta, gueyduks.... it in a vinegar brine so it'll last forever....

One year the fishermen gave us a jar one of their wives had made that had among other things abalone and pulpo (octopus) in it....The ones who were brave enough to try it, loved it; those who didn't still give us a hard time and can't believe we actually ate it. :lol:

it's pickled so it lasts forever until you open it. it's awesome sitting around a camp fire with a cold beer or 7.

And I just ate the leftovers in some rice mixed up by mi esposa. May sound weird with rice but it was good.
