I hope this turns out ok I used to get on these things but it has been years and I have forgotten what works and what does not.

If you would like to know how to put an open You Tube in your posts, start with the basic url for the video... here was the one above:

Next remove the: watch?
Next, replace the = with a /
Finally wrap the modified url in tags for video display. In front of the url put [flash=640x480 ] (but without any space after the 480 and before the ] )
On the back end of the url put [flash ] (again with the space).

Hit Preview Post to see if you got it right, and if yes, post the video and any message with it.

Very nice history of the area...you did a great job and thanks. I have plenty of old 8mm and VHS videos from that Baja time period, too. Watching yours reminds me that IF I ever master putting them into the you-tube format, I'll post them.

Yes good old days indeed, when there were only 2 palapas on the beach, and Morante Sr. Came by in the morning and raked the sand around our tent/under palapa.
Later (noon) we played tennis.

Wow David K. thanks for the help with this and I am very happy to share it with all of you as the owner of the material is. She is the daughter of Hal and Wilma Haddan and has many great stories about living in Baja as well as photos and film.

Thank you I have a passion for old film and photos. If you ever decide to have the conversion done I have all of the equipment to transfer any old film, 8 or 16mm and about any video tape format but Betamax.
