Retired Pro looking for furnished accomodation

This is for a landlord that wants a long term renter, year or longer.

Maximum is $300 USD per month, no higher and nice place at that rate.

Value for the money, I know the prices in MX , only reason I am posting here is it's free and easy. Probably much more likely to find once I get there.

Must be within 30 minutes of San Diego crossing, in a relatively safe area, safe building. Must have reliable water, electric, appliances. Air Cond, unless natually cool as close to ocean. Prefer stand alone units, no huge complexes with bad management. No airbnb.

Does not have to be fancy, but clean, no bad plumbing, electric, no serious insect or rodent problems, working decent appliances (not a 10 year old fridge). Don't care much what it looks like outside, but inside must be comfy and everything works. Must have decent reliable shower and toilet.

I always pay on time, reliable income, but I expect landlord to cover maintenance.
