Titled Lot Gonzaga to Bahia de Los Angeles

Are there any titled lots between Gonzaga and Bahia de Los Angeles?

There is no scenario in which I don't live in Baja sometime in the future. I'm still young, and not ready to hang it up and retire yet, but wouldn't mind getting started on a place to use as a home base for vacations, while building a more permanent home. Since the timeline is stretched so far in the future, I just have no interest at all in building on any Ejido or leased land.

I'm looking for an area that has titled lots which can be owned via a fideicomiso. Anywhere near Gonzaga to around Bahia de Los Angeles. Beach front would be great, but as long as it has easy beach access that would be fine. All I have seen are leased lots. Does anything like this exist? I'm not looking for a specific lot currently for sale, but more generally if there are any areas with titled lots that I can focus my search on.
