San Cosme Marina

Anyone know what’s going on with the big house on the hill and the Marina. I know its owned by Robert Ross, but I heard he sold it to a Resort company.

Google Maps has it listed as a hotel. https://www.luxurytravelmagazine.com/news-articles/san-cosme...

I have some friends with yacht etc. They found the marina too small. So they took the on deck helicopter.

Sorry, I know nothing.....

I didn't even know that place existed, but I just checked out some interesting roads to explore on my next trip south!

Edit; Whoops, I take that back. I just checked my Benchmark Atlas, and realize that I have been there several times on my way in to Agua Verde, but did not know the name of the place.

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

Weird they got the beach chairs and umbrellas set up on top of the breakwater, and the beach is rip rap. Not a very nice beach for a resort.

Looks like a lot has happened over there at San Cosme since I was there 12 years ago. I see in Google Earth that there is now (recently) a road over the hill heading north to the hot springs area -- so you don't have do drive that high-tide-only shore "road" anymore.
