Good piece on El Vulcan
I have been out to Marmol several times
Wish that I had taken time to go on out and see the volcano
Next time! (As we always say and seldom do)

So, I take it that it no longer erupts?

Why not?
One would need to live there for up to a month to witness it.
The second time I went there, my travel companion, Lorenzo de Baja, had the desire to return and set up there... unless there was a way to secretly locate a video camera to keep a 24/7 watch on it! Hopefully not for a dark, nighttime eruption.

Why don’t you place a trail camera to get photos/videos? Would be a good excuse for you to do a couple road trips :light:

In your study of el volcan did you find info on the geologic source of the CO2?

Woke!

“...ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.” “My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”

Prefered gender pronoun: the royal we

I don't own a trail camera or would risk the loss of one or could make two trips in the same year (getting old sucks). I will leave that up to someone else to do. My last time there was in 2011 with the Nomad Lost Mission Search Team: https://www.bajabound.com/bajaadventures/bajatravel/lost_mis...
