| Gasoline and diesel Prices lately?

I am thinking of making a quick run to somewhere mid-Baja soon, and was wondering what the fuel is going to do to my budget?

I am burning regular gas, but my neighbor is wondering what diesel will cost.

In my fifty years of treasuring Baja, and all it can come with, it has always been a bargain in so many ways. With the many new gas stations
available, our choice to fill up is so much easier than it had been when Pemex was it. Whatever the price per gallon, Baja is, and has always been a
good deal.

Not helpful for the latest prices on fuel. Our fellow Nomads will surely chime in.

Antonios in El Rosario is one that I never miss out on, as much for the next couple of hundred miles, as for supporting his efforts to provide rescue
help when it is most needed.

Eternal thanks to those Nomads whose generosity helped Antonio get his rescue vehicles ready to roll.

Baja used to be a good deal, but on my last visit in April it was more expensive that California! The exchange rate was in favor of the peso
at the time, but I was paying the equivalent of $5.75 a gallon US.

I am hoping it has come down a bit.

Here in Bahía Asunción regular 87 octane is $26.59 pesos/liter, premium 92 octane is $27.99 p/l and diesel is $27.29 p/l. It’s a little cheaper
on Mex 1 in Vizcaino as it’s less remote.

Thanks for the feedback! If my math is correct, that is about $4.90 per gallon for regular gas. Someone please check my numbers, math was always my
short suit.
