Eat more beef!

As many of you may be aware, there have been confirmed screwworm cases in Southern Mexico, which evoked a U.S. freeze on importing Mexican beef cattle; they're piling up at the border.

If this results in a market glut in northern Mexico, it might be a good time for Baja travellers to satisfy that repressed craving for steaks and arrachera.

Dogs carry screworm. Customs now requires screwworm-free certification for dogs traveling by air from mexico into usa. Not sure if the land borders customs staff got the memo yet.
