Land concession fees

I am looking for the concession fees in Mulege by usage. I found them a few years ago online, but can't seem to find them now. ZOFEMAT sets the fees, I believe, but SEMARNAT, PROFEPA and others are involved. If anyone can find a site that will give me these details, not just generalities, I would very much appreciate it.
Thanks!!

as of 18 months ago, my real estate attorney told me "nothing online.. go to Constitucion, get the info and pay it in person."

I literally emailed him about the same thing, 30 minutes prior to seeing this post.. so if I get any new information, I'll pass it along.
