Beef Jerky
I will be flying down to Baja for eight days of fishing . I like to have beef jerky on the boat . Last year I had all of it confiscated at Los Cabos
airport and security mentioned something about mad cow disease . I am sure they had a good laugh when they where chowing down that night , since there
has not been a case of mad cow for years in the U. S. .
Does anyone know if they are still doing this ? If so I will leave it at home this year ? Thanks ...

Jerky cured with syrup of epicac will leave them all with empty stomachs. I bring some of this "special recipe" down on all flights.
