Laguna Ceviche


1-2 small gold colored fish*, filleted and cut into pieces
1- small onion, diced
1- jalapeno, seeded and diced
1- clove garlic, minced
1- Roma type tomato, diced
6- limones, juiced

*locally available in the near shore waters of Laguna Beach (See photo):O

Combine all ingredients and marinate 1 or more hours
Serve with chips or tostadas
