logging on
I have seen others have trouble logging in and wondered about it as I stay logged in all the time on my laptop. Well, today I had to dig out the old
laptop as I"m having trouble with the one I've been using for a couple years.
Anywat, I opened up IE, came to the forums and logged in withour a problem. Left, came back to them and was still logged in as usual. I then loaded
Firefox (my prefered browser) and was unable to log in??? Whats going on???
I went back to IE, logged out, and am still unable to log on with Firefox. I reset passowrd to make sure all is correct, checked and have a cookie
for Baja Nomad forums - so whats up?? I log on in Firefox all the time in the other one. Really don't want to have to use IE just for the Nomad

I see it shows me as the auther of the post - but still shows me not logged in

I had the same type of problems
I went in and reset everything more than once .
Go to set program access and redo it again. I think IE just wants to take over !!

Well, I did nothing more and this morning I can log on????? As with much of this stuff, wait a while and the computer gods smile down. - Now if't
they would only smile down on my other laptop.
But today, no smilies?

Well at least let's get together and consider it. I'll probably try a few more things before I give it up to a real repaiman.
But another problem just now - I show logged on OK, can post OK but smilies don't work (even tho it shows Smilies ar ON. Also I can't access my
U2U's?
What's going on? any suggestions on this stuff???
