3 were caught on john habermans boat yesterday. 30, 42, and john bagged the largest, 48 lbs. no wahoo that ive heard of but the dorado seem to be
picking up. the hot deal right now is the yellowfin.local guide, mateo, had one, of 7, that looked to be about 55, 60 lbs yesterday. color doesnt seem
to matter when you get into em they hit everything, we had 4 on at once in a matter of seconds. lots of boats out this morning, having fun !

Certainly good to see some fish of that size surviving the seiners. Seems they've been a little more scarce and smaller the last few years.
One late Sept or early Oct . about 15 years ago , we had three boats in a group out to Tortuga at daybreak. Made the run to the south end of the isle
and shut things off for a moment to finish gearing up when what sounded like the roar of a freight train came from a distance. Started to head towards
an obvious boil of what looked like porpoise only to discover that they were that sized tuna. Still haven't caught one that big........
Its pretty hard to beat good fresh yellowfin just out of the water, made into some thin slices ,immediately chilled and consumed with a little ginger,
soy sauce , wasabe and of course a cold Pacifico!

Went out the next morning.
Tuna gone.
Good boat ride, plenty of Dolfin, like a marine park. lots of fun.
