Look out !!! Some people will stoop pretty low to get a scrap going on this board.
Truth is, it makes me think a few of these people are paranoid of Canadians. Why? I'll never know.
But ya gotta have a pretty thick skin if you're Canadian and wanna' post here, 'cuz someone'll jump on you every chance they get.....Weird.
Perhaps I am in the wrong place, and maybe I've misunderstood, is this board strictly for US citizens  Or do a few of you just have ego problems? Very strange indeed.

I heard it was up for auction, Tom....
Actually, I have travelled Baja for years in a 4x4 pick up and Pop top camper. Last year I went down for the winter in my Dodge van conversion.
It's even older (by ten years) than my truck. But I have no trouble finding an excellent Taller Mechanico to fix it if anything ever goes wrong.
Which dosen't seem to happen often.
I love my Baja Van it's a 318..great engine, and not too hard on fuel..very reliable.
I think Tucker has a picture of it maybe I can get him to post it for me.
So when are you heading to Baja Tom?

I hear ya!! I leave on the 10th for 5 weeks and Fred is coming a bit later. I will be on my own for a couple of weeks in Jan so would love the
company. Kind of freaked out about being alone there with all those mexicans

Maybe you missed some key issues that were discussed in length here and everywhere else. Are Canadians kind to Americans on Canadian message boards?
I am curious now.
I can't imagine anything but a lovey-dovey relationship since the (U.S) media went bananas telling Americans all about public opinion and sentiments
in Canadas press. Don't forget all those polls that indicated your children
think we are an "evil country" as bad as any, and to blame for the worlds problems. Those seeds were planted and tended to for quite a spell.
Maybe THAT'S why!

I personally believe that wether we are Mexican, Canadian American, German or what have you, we are all made up of the same stuff ... skin, bones,
organs, and a heart. Some seem to have a larger capacity than others to see beyond borders.
I like to think that I do not judge a person by where they were born, but more by their deeds, and their actions. I am naive enough to trust almost
everyone until they prove to me personally that they do not deserve my trust.
As far as your so called, "Polls" go, thank you for that information, but maybe you could put them here:moon:

doesn't matter who, what or where you are from. (sigh) Canada just happens to be a topic within other topics.
