| Trouble with the board?

Anyone else finding that the board is loading slowly today? I have even got "timed out" a couple times.

And I really haven't been that bad.........

 Ditto.

Maybe Doug was doing backups or something this morning. It was intermittent though. Had me fooled. Glad you made this post Hook.

Backups run every night at about the same time.

Didn't know it was running slow.. first I've heard about it. The records show the Tienda here was getting used pretty hard today... and the script
that's being used isn't the most efficient.

I'm presently setting up a new Tienda anyway.

The server's also processing a lot of email recently, which might be the problem in this case.

We'll see how it goes, and make adjustments as necessary.

I've temporarily shut down the Tienda script while I monitor some very high loads on the server. Therefore it purposely will not work until I turn it
back on.

 Thanks for your understanding.

The board did get a little goofy, but for a short period of time. Whenever I run into something like that and am not sure whether it's my connection,
computer or the site, I go to a couple of familiar sites to see how they react. In the case yesterday, only the Baja Nomads Forum was goofy so it was
apparent that it was a site problem.

I have the time out message from time to time. Almost always, just click again and I'm connected.

Had the same problem Bill. Did the same thing. Went to some other sites and every thing was fine. I just figured it was the Nomads board.
