Mike, it's 'terrible roads' that make many of us really appreciate the beauty that Baja has to offer and we respect her for it! We also get to see all the land UP CLOSE from the border to the destination.

Flying advantage is you get to the destination and enjoy for far more time there. Albeit you are limited to the few remaining places that have an open runway. Down with ditching Baja runways!:light:

i am just sitting around nursing a minor hangover from attending the Zappa plays Zappa concert in phx last nite and otherwise trying to ..........not lose MY head.............:spingrin:

used to be a strip there many years ago, playa maria. drop in and taxi to your palapa..................them days are gone my friends!!

ha!! well it was a tad loud but you know they always seem to do that at indoor venues, plus we were close to the stage.

no, i made the mistake of drinking beer at the show after starting on wine while tailgating before the show! grape and grain...........a volatile mix!
