I think he was getting warmed up on that big XR650. He's raced the quad so long he needs to get his balance back. He may be racing the SF250 in March. If so he may need some Nomad help.

Thanks guys.
It was a fun race last Sunday in Mexicali. It's only my 2nd race on the xr650. It is a big change from racing the quad and racing solo. This race was a GP and I ended up doing 5 14 mile laps plus 1 prerun lap before the race. The course was nice and rough just like most are. I banged up my front wheel pretty bad. I hope I can straighten it out some in a vise. Big,big flat spot. There will be another ZR race in Laguna Salada on February 19th. These are good races to get in shape and prepare for the upcoming SF 250. Chances are good I may be racing an XR650. I'll give all the details as soon as it's confirmed.....Paul
