LOTS FOR RENT LIKE TRAILER PARK BY LORETO AREA


I HAVE A FRIEND AND SHE HAS A KIND OF RANCHO IN "JUNCALITO" B.C.S PEOPLE WHOM IS NOT FAMILIAR WITH BAJA SUR, JUNCALITO IS ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF LORETO DRIVING IN THE HWY 1 RIGHT by THE BEACH,
SO she ask me for a favor to make a post here to let the people know she has lots for rent, she wants to start something like trailer park this place has water and they are going to have electricity by next april the lots are about 300 ft from the juncalito beachb and to the other side you have a beautiful view of the mountains,
she has now two trailers there but she has space for another 10 or more, the lots are about 17x20 meters beautiful tress aroound, if you like bigger you can get special price for two lots,

she is asking for $800dlls to $1000 dlls per year the price is up to how long you want to rent and also how many lots you want,
ok I have some pict if somebody can tell me how to post them I will be glad to do it ok thanks.

3 lots sold just in back of our casita, also last month.

Viciente,

You didn't mention sewage. What is planned to handle that, or are you on your own.

I'm kinda looking for a place to park my RV in the winter and maybe put up a palapa. I'm fully self contained as far a power goes but would need to top off my water tanks and dump sewage occasionally.

about sewage she told me you can dig a big hole beside your trailer and do your own sawage place it is name for this kind f sawage bu7t sorry right now is not in my head the people whom is actually livig there they did it that way. is not expensive and easy and clean.

Sounds like it might be a Sand Pit, fairly common in the U.S where the ground doesn't perk right. The only problem is that you have to replace the sand about every 10 years (depending on the size of the pit and how heavily it's used).

The only problems is what do you do with the old sand??
