Super Bowl viewing around La Mision
It looks like I could be in this locale this weekend.
Which of the major (or minor) establishments will have good viewing and grub for the Super Bowl?
La Fonda?
La Palapa?
The Palms?
Hotel La Mision?
The bar at Maganas?
Pyramid?
La Salina B & G?
What am I forgetting?
Oh yeah, and........GO SEAHAWKS!!!

Half Way House... American Football always on the tube in the cantina, when it's being played.

You're right, David
I forgot about that option.
Other recommendations from some of the locals who have watched past SB in the area?

Palms, Bobby`s, or Bahia Cantilles.
Hook-- If you`re down there on Sat., go to Bahia Cantilles for their pre-bowl party. The Internationals are playing with guest Cita and her manager
who is well known throughout Mexico. I saw them perform a few weeks ago and they were AMAZING!!! She sings like Marlene Dietrict and he plays like
Santana!! Should be about 4 to 7pm. Doubt if I can make it this week

Yo Capt-- They rebuilt just behind the old place. There is an ahemmmm....... gentleman`s club (Virgens) where the old BC was. The new place doesn`t
get going like in the old days when Adam (?) would play and the women would swoon, but it`s still a hoot (with cheap good food). To find BC, look for
the red arrow sign about 300 yards south of Bobby`s. If Cita (or Chita) plays, you`ll be glad you found the place! Except I don`t think they let old
pirates in

IMO, best place would be Margaritaville. It's a gringo bar in Puerto Nuevo. Great drink prices and they usually have free (or almost free ) eats for the game. You'll have to get there early for a seat at the bar.
They don't do the PN lobster thang but the restaurant next door will bring whatever you want.
I also like Bahia Cantiles but not for watching the game. The TVs are small.

Yeah, I`m sure I would have to chose Margaritaville too. But be aware-- There is a pool hustler on the premise who will make you spend a small fortune
in quarters to play!!
Another choice is Rene`s. I watched a SB in there once and the action was great. You see, they have pools which @ $20 a square generate mucho dinero!!
So if the winner is there, it`s drinks for everyone!!!
So Hook here is your itinerary---- BC Sat. for concert, fish Sun morning, catch some fish to fillet, go to Margaritaville with fish fillets, take fish
next door to cook (breaded is awesome), commence to drink cheap drinks, watch game, buy drinks when you win pool, and give the barmaid a big hug from
Bill!! You`ll have a blast!! But don`t play pool with some guy named Dave!!!
