Stuck boat in Ensenada
OK, this large container ship has been stuck on shore in Ensenada for quite some time now. What's your take on this?

Turn the containers on the ship into oceanview suites and sell it as time shares.

Land Mark
100 years from now it will be an historic landmark and nobody will remember what that rusty hunk of steel out on the beach was in the first place, and
the surfers will still be there.

Or maybe a target for the Mexican Air Force (Think seagulls and pellicans.)

It will become the largest and most successful
Ladies Bar in Mexico, due to the short commute from the bar, itself, to the containers where the cavorting will take place.

Homes
The containers could be welded together for a multi-story, mutli-family condo complex or all of them laid flat on a open field and turned into rental
storage units after the contents have been sold off.
