Well just be careful not to add too much sand, or else they will consider it federal zone all the way to your garage.:lol:

I was reading in your site about getting a beach concession. Is that so you can put in a watersports equipment rental kiosk, construct palapas for rent or something like that, or can anybody get a beach concession in front of their lot and then do nothing meaningful with it?
