San Felipe & Semana Santa

How crowded can I expect San Felipe to be this Saturday/Sunday (April 8&9)? I am not too worried about the town itself, but what about the south Campos?

Don't think too bad this weekend Roberto, It will build up during the week mostly in town and close to town.

Has anybody joined in and indulged in the Semana Santa goings on in Baja, or is it something only to avoid? I'm not trying to be a wise-acre; I'm really curious.

The major activities are Mexican families partying - everywhere - the beach (by the Malecon) is completely covered with tents and even some between parked cars on the street. Just south of town, you wil find tents on the edge of the pavement of the highway.
