You cannot renew a tourist visa...

You need to leave the country and get a new one when you return.

Now...if you went to Ensenada and asked for a new tourist visa I sure you could get one...don't mention renewal.

FM3 you need an address in Mexico.

My visa(90 day) ran out one time and I got a renewal in San Lucas. The total time cannot exceed 180 days. And my visa had not expired. We had entered through Mexico City and they would not give me over 90 days.

The Immigration Office in Ensenada is near the Fish Market (Mercado de Mariscos). Look for the blue signs that look like they have an outline of a Police Officer on them -- near the corner of Miramar and Lazero Card##as. It's north of the Fish Market and west of Card##as.

I would try Aida Ochoa at 1855 Sixth St (near the KFC) in Ensenada
