Little pictures at side of postings
Doug, I hate to be a pain in the cola, but how do we get the little AVI next to our postings. For instance, Bajabus has a peace symbol next to his
posting. Thank you, Sharky aka: Russ Hatch

In your "settings" part of the user control panel, you can specifiy the URL of a picture.
Let me know if you need assistance.

You need a friend that has a web site (I don't). Then you ask him/her to take your avatar, bury it in their web site under some URL that will not be
noticed/available to the general visitor to the site - and then you can put that URL into Nomad - and, in my case, I have a remarkable likeness
shown.

Marie-Rose... you can search the web for these little pictures. Do a google search under the word "avatar" or "animated avatar".
Good Luck,

So, if a .jpg is anywhere on a page, all you have to do is cite the URL of the page, ending with a slash and the filename of the .jpg, and it will
work?

- point your mouse to a position over the image, then click once on the right button ("right-click"). Then left-click on properties.
The address (URL) of the image is reported in that properties screen.
