CorreCaminos- Guadalupe

Still my favorite Baja restaurant.
Clean, excellent food, good service, very reasonable.
Baja Vida and I had breakfast last Thursday.
I had my usual chilaquiles (con juevo frito) and BV had chile rellenos from the lunch menu.
Wish I had joined him, even though the chilaquiles were very good, the rellenos were terrific.
After the leisurely meal we had a nice chat with the manager Francisco Toscano. The place is owned by the Toscano family and Francisco has returned to run the place after nine years working in a Nebraska meat packing plant.
We were allowed to post a "Got Baja " sticker on the main inside glass..... then everyone in the place wanted one.
(David K had delivered a handful when we met him and the Baja Angel for coffee in Palomar)
We handed out our last one and promised that DK would mail more.
Price- very modest, around $12 for both incl. tip.

No, Matt, we had to pay to put up the stickers.
We will be billing DK shortly....
Seriously though, it really is a great place.
East side of the highway at San Antonio de las Minas (Baja Vida sez that translates to 'Tony the Miner') at k.m. 88, across the street from Mustafa.
and, the tip was for the very pretty waitress, not the proprietor.

it is just down the road and across from Mustafa

it is a family restaurant so those of you who must drink alcohol with your meal better go elsewhere
