Parts of Mulege are free from the Ejido at last

I just came back from a big meeting with the Ejido. and the have relinquished all rights to the original Fondo de Legal. except the trailer parks and Huerta's.

this means that they will Begin issuing Agrario titles next Monday at a cost of less than 1500 pesos.

this ends part of an ongoing battle that has been going for some 40 years or more.

What does this mean for lowly people like me?
Can I now buy a lot for 10G for my Motorhome on or near SOC?:lol::lol:
Do they have a low income area?
I'm joking, but what does this mean?
