There is a story at www.elvigia.net if someone can give us a loose translation. Our Spanish is not that great but we're working on it!!!

Looks like the kidnappers were taken into custody.

And Jesus was saved BY persecution, this time.

Just what is official (or unofficial) hermetism?

Thanks so much for the translation. We live near Cantu! Our feeble translation had Ponce being the perp as opposed to the victim!

"(charge that cattle prod up for me willya, compa?)"

Heh.

So the guy they kidnapped has an alias, and both he and the kidnappers may be charged with other crimes?

Hmmmmm . . . .

Sounds like an NHI, as the LAPD would say.

As I was just browsing through all your writings and came upon this shoot-out that involved someone in Cantú, my ears really perked up. We have a house there, right across from the police, and our neighbor right above us is Jesús. Hose, do you have any idea who it was they kidnapped from Cantú? He is well known there and obviously has connections as well as dinero. Any updates would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about the alias but if he lives right next to the police in Cantú, that's him. We always wondered what exactly he did for a living. . .
