awesome deal in south San Felipe
we are selling our san felipe place,it is 34 km south of town in a very nice campo overlooking bahia santa maria....its about a 28ft 5th wheel trailer
with a big deck and patio area and a huge steel shade structure over it...it has a small solar panel and battery setup to run the lights at night
which could definitely be expanded upon...it also has a pretty big shed for the toys of which I am INCLUDING a 10ft achilles inflateable with a
mariner 9.9 that runs flawlessly,a 1985 honda 3 wheeler that also runs great and a yamaha 125 dirtbike that also runs very good...the lot itself is
60x60 and the trailer is only on half,on the other half is a concrete slab w/ six pillars that are ready to build on all just recently finished in the
last 3 months......this place has constant running fresh water and the patron lives next door so security is not an issue....it is also situated on a
hill where only one other fellow has a place so it has its own private driveway that no one else uses....the annual lot lease is 1200$ and is done in
10 year increments and the person that handles the lease speaks perfect english and actually lives in the U.S.....18000$ is the asking price but we
will consider all reasonable offers....for pics and more info email me at eetdrt88@yahoo.com

Very true... I get asked all the time why I don't have a place there!
Answer: Never had 'disposable' income and I would be stuck going to that one place, over and over and I really enjoy exploring and camping so much!
Maybe when I get 'old', I will set up a casita somewhere in Baja?

Bob and susan -- so true- the folks who developed our land recently advised the purchasers that over the last year or so the value has risen between
50-400% on the properties that have been sold. Now there is some realtor hype involved but there are only a handful of lots left and I've already got
mine so I'm not a prime target for another purchase. Our plans are almost done and all environmental work and surveys have been done so that even
increases the value. I won't be able to afford what I want in the near future so I'm building now.
