Antonello Restaurant & Pizzeria
On our last trip to Ensenada we tried Antonello Restaurant & Pizzeria and it was very good the service was excellent our party ordered several
deferent items off the menu and all were good the price was reasonable. they also offer free secure parking in a lot that is big enough to accommodate
your rig and trailer if you have one . this is a big deal sense it is right in the busiest part of down town.
next time you are around there give it a try

when we were at the Antonello Restaurant & Pizzeria it was almost empty. we talked to the owner and he Sade that they were having trouble getting
the word out about the Antonello Restaurant & Pizzeria. he says that many persons are afraid to go down to centro because of the parking problem.
But it seems they have that under control. so if you like good Italian food give it a try and report back on what you found.

has any one else tried this place. it is not new and I am wondering if maybe I was the only one that had a good experience there. I know we all come
to Baja for fish tacos and enchiladas but some times for those of us that live here full time we need a brake.

Thanks Bruce ... I'll give it a try. There used to be a Chinese restaurant in that area but I cant remember any place that had a parking lot. Must
be part of the urban renewel they plan to start in the next fifty years and I just missed it.

the parking is in a pay lot half a block away. they give you a ticket to give to the lot attendant so you don't need to pay anything.

How much is parking for non-customers?
I'd rather have good, safe parking down there than a good, safe pizza.

No pizza in Baja for me...or anywhere in Mexico for that matter. Good pizza only comes from Chicago Italians...period. Let the Pizza Wars begin!

Really good pizza exists in Chicago..but for the absolute best!..NYC.
Bruce, you have to travel from Mulege and Baja to find truly great classic pizza. Two places: both in New York City...the original Patsy's in East
Harlem serves a primordial slice, the thin crust nicely charred around the edges and the slice topped with modest amounts of fresh mozzarella and
unspiced tomato sauce. Then Lombardi's, where American pizza was invented on the Neapolitan model a century ago, offers a lusher pie with a choice of
14 toppings and a slightly thicker crust. Be sure to exercise the free garlic option.
Now, if we were talking fish tacos.....
Bon appetite!

for me real pizza doesn't have thin crust. there are as many ways to make Pizza as there are people making it. and I like all stiles of it or at least
most. that is the neat thing about it is the variety.

Si como no, hombre. Couldn't agree more about liking the varieties....like sex, some pizza is better than none at all.
