Alfonsina's "Phone"

I have these numbers. The "phone" gets a recorded error message. Anything current AND operating?

Phone 011-52 (664) 648-1951.
Fax 011-52 (664) 626-2626.

If they are cell phones, then a '1' must now be added after the '52'. This is as of NOV. 4.
