All of the meters supplying 2 services. All the bronze colored will read the same, they have to have meters for all the units but the unit piping starts later.:lol::lol:

I notice a number of things that look strange.

They feed through a 2" valve to a 3/4" PVC manifold.
They then neck down to 1/2" or 5/8" copper to each meter.
They then connect all the meters to a similar copper nipple and then to an iron pipe manifold that ties all the feeds back together !!
Result is no individual metering and not enough flow.

Knowing the idiotics of water managers, the only potentially logical reason I can imagine is if there are "maximum water use" restrictions per meter. This would allow for more total volume to be used in that insane scenario.

I am very impressed

that whoever or whatever made this installation got them lined up so perfectly and symmetrical. And looky all them fittings and different materials used. It's a friggin' piece of art! They are surely proud! The fact they left it exposed is testimony of this.

I'd love to know if they will all have the same readout?

The plumber's pay must have been based on the number of meters installed or maybe a local govt. official has the meter franchise.:yes::)

New Rules ? ?

Used to be the three laws of plumbing were:

Sh** runs downhill
Payday is on Friday
Don't lick your fingers

Do we need another rule?

BTW where did the Smiley face (mooning) plumber go?? Must be in LaPaz, eh?
