Shari's Bahia Asuncion Photos
Shari's photos of the town and her B 'n B (bed and breakfast) room and San Roque beach cottage are now all on her new domain http://www.bajabnb.com the bed & breakfast pages begin at http://www.bajabnb.com/Blowhole/index.html
Just tonight, our mutual web host completed the task of moving all the pages from my WebTV page builder site where I made the pages to Shari's easy to
remember domain, bajabnb.com
Shari has many more photos to show, and my WebTV page builder was too limited to add more photos...
Enjoy her photos!

mil gracias David
Muchisimas gracias amigo David, you got things rolling here and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time and work and sharing and caring.
I will be designing a proper website over the next months that will include road updates, current events and fun spanish.
NOW>>Captain Mike, you really know how to pick em all right. Cindi is a lovely YOUNG lady from Asuncion and Juan's daughter's best amiga. It was
her first time on a sailboat and she was really dizzy which is why she was on deck...poor thing. It's neat when cruisers invite the town folks out to
their boats and sometimes take them sailing for the first time! I'm glad you like my pictures...enjoy

My pleasure Shari... I am glad you contacted me to assist in getting some attention focused on that neglected corner of Baja (even I haven't visited,
yet!). The WebTV is an easy to make web page, but doesn't have the photo space and other bells and whistles that you need to properly show off the
town and your humble accomodations. I also see you have made quite an impression on the Baja Internet crowd... your daughter too! Who was to know that
in just a short time after becoming a Nomad the ground would begin to shake so vigorously... and continually, too!
I hope that when the geologist leave, new vacationers return!
If you need any help, just let me know...

That place looks so great I'm ready to leave now. Is that a paved concrete launch ramp? I looks like it could handle very large boats. I bet the
weather is beautiful there in the summer. Shari you are a lucky gal. Way to live your dreams.

I don't know which photo Minnow thinks he sees one in, but I looked at all of them (again) and didn't spot any ramp. It is a good question... Perhaps
the beach is firm and the point protects from waves?
Shari... Can larger boats be launced there?

ah...yes...the infamous mile high club!
there are many good, no...great stories about said adventures aloft around. While i have personally not benefitted from its allure, logistics of
aircraft control and limited space up front prohibit it, or at least from our giving it a good try.
However, on a comm'l flight home from La paz once with us and my accountant and his gal, we were amused to spot them next to us going at it in the
back of the plane under a blanket. it was hilarious, the mex attendants couldn't care less and we were buzzed on late morning bloody marias!!

The caption under it reads.
Shari and Juan take guest snorkeling......
Looking close, I see it is sand. Still looks like a good potential launch ramp though. Lots of pangas moored near by.

Juan and Shari take a guest snorkeling to the steamship wreck at San Roque Island.
Okay, thanks Tom... looks like firm Pacific side sand as there are tire tracks on it... protected bay, so no waves... This photo is on the Bed &
Breakfast section of the web site. Probably is the launch ramp with no need for concrete...

There are a couple good spots to launch a sports fishing rig, one here in the picture in San Roque and one in front of the fishing coop at the point
in Asuncion where we pulled out a friends sailboat, but it's a steep road up so you need a 4x4 to pull a big boat up it. But there are lots of lovely
seņoritas and muchachos too!
